Thank you for your purchase. As all our products are made to order, we take great care in crafting each item specifically for you. For this reason, returns are not always possible. Please read below for more details on our return policy.
RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. However, if your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Non-personalized orders may be returned within fourteen (14) days.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, please email customer service at connect@zahave.com or fill out the contact form below, including your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send you further instructions along with a return form and shipping information.
Please note, if your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the item, if your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days after we receive the item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for items that are no longer wanted or ordered in a wrong size, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all product details and specifications before placing your order.
